bonless chicken breast- slice very thin-I slice each 3-4 times
flour
egg and 2tbsp water beat in dish
*4C flavored bread crumbs*
oil to fry (I use wesson canola oil)

first flour the chicken, then dip into egg bath,then bread crumbs, then FRY till golden brown. Drain on paper towels and add cheese and then sauce to parmigiana(don't add sauce to pan or under cuttlets or they get soggy.)
Bake till cheese melts~Enjoy
