When this goes before the Supreme Court this will be thrown out. The victim threw himself off The GW Bridge because he couldn't face reality when people seen his love tape on the www. A ten year sentence is possible after rejected plea.
NJ bends over once again.

. The suspect was 65 miles away from victim when he jumped off the bridge.. Victim logged on internet and was not forced too.
Have to wonder what other cyber-bully measures others will use to intiminate victims.

My Opinion...Mistrial Take this to the Supreme Court. Shocked [/u][/i]
