Chris and I discussed this somewhat on the phone last week then on IM~
We need to know who you want to have access~ Be very specific!
no fiancees
no girlfriends
yes to current AD spouses
yes to current Reserve spouses
? parents of AD and Reservists
? wives of former AD and Reservists
? wives who were not with their current spouse while they served
? children (now adults) of former AD or Reservists
? ex-wives of former AD or Reservists
Any other qualifying groups?
This forum will be hidden like we have the Womens Corner and the Mens Corner and these forums. Only admin can give permission for access, but we need to know who will be allowed.

I think that the current members should be able to have access to the military dependants section. I would like to have it just wives but I think it would be okay to have Fiances as well. Children of Deployed,NG or retired would be okay. Parents of AD and Reserves would be good too. Wives who werent with their SO while they served I guess would be okay too. I think that if we let fiance's and wives or hubbys who werent with their SO while active or reserved would be good because this section is where they can get a heads up of military and so on.
I am all new at this moderating thing so please, any suggestions and or help would be wonderful.... |

Not to worry it is pretty simple. Basically if you have a bad poster you just get rid of the post and send it to me and I will review it and we will decide what to do to the poster and so on. I can not set it up now that you cna punish an actual user only remove their posts or edit them so it is pretty basic right now until they give us a new program where we can break the powers up a little more to allow you more control over what goes one. so are you saying all the members we have now should have access to these forums? Did I read that right. Some are former military some not military at all some not even military at all. I know of the ones we have right now who is military or former and who is sposes and so on. You just give me the word and I can start grating access to teh forums for the right people. Anyone you bring on to use the forums you will have to give me there screen name so I can grant them accesss to those forums. They are locked and only myself Hoss68 or UncleSam can give them access to them. Nto to worry I am on here about everyday as is the other two. So you just let us know and we will get them in there.
