Sam and I have been in an argument over if a word should be put in the staff listing or not. First off I have never heard of the word in my life. I say that we just list all Mods regardlesss of sex as Moderators Sam says we list the females as Moderatrix. It is a latin word for a female Moderator. Please vote and let us know what you think it should read i am all for Moderator no matter what the hell the sex is or anything like that. let us know what you think. The Poll is up for 5 days. As of now it will only read moderators. I know this is about the dumbest poll you have ever seen and I agree but Sam wanted to see what others would say even though I told him what most would say. They would say like me what the hell is a moderatrix. Laughing

Just my $0.02 worth . . . this is not a good idea, in my opinion. It is an equalitarian [sp] site. Segregating our staff gives the sense of in-equality. If we are all equal, we should all be called equal.
